风险管理结合预见性干预在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application effect of risk management combined with predictive intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的维持性血液透析患者应用风险管理结合预见性干预的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月行维持性血液透析治疗患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组给予风险管理结合预见性干预,比较2组的干预效果。结果观察组生活方式的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后的生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性为94.29%高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。观察组血液透析期间并发症的发生率为5.71%低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者中应用风险管理结合预见性干预,能有效改善患者的生活方式,降低透析并发症发生风险,提高患者的治疗依从性、生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of risk management combined with predictive intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly assigned into the control group(n=35,routine intervention measures)and observation group(n=35,risk management combined with predictive intervention).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement effect of lifestyle in the observation group after intervention was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in both groups were significantly higher after interventions,which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.29%vs 71.43%,P<0.05).The incidence of complications during hemodialysis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.71%vs 22.86%,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management combined with predictive intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve their lifestyle,reduce the risk of dialysis complications,and enhance their treatment compliance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.
