供给侧改革视域下我国体育服务业人力资本的有效供给

Research on the Effective Supply of Human Capital in China's Sports Service Industry Under the Background of Supply-Side Reform

为有效推动体育服务业高质量发展,促进社会经济的发展,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国体育服务业发展状况进行研究。研究发现:人力资本有效供给是现代经济持续增长动力;服务业经济兴起及“健康中国”政策引领合力推动了我国体育服务业快速发展,但因人力资本有效供给不足,我国体育服务业出现了服务质量和效率滞后于速度和规模发展矛盾,产生了经济贡献率不高,体育服务业供需失衡现象;体育服务业有效供给不足主要表现在:政策制度保障、人力资本存量、应用平台建设三方面。在基本发展现状基础上,基于侧改革背景提出我国体育服务业人力资本有效供给提升的对策建议。

In order to effectively promote the high-quality development of sports service industry and promote the development of social economy,this paper studies the development of sports service industry in China by using the method of literature and logical analysis.The effective supply of human capital is the driving force for the continuous growth of modern economy;The rise of the service industry economy and the"healthy China"policy have jointly promoted the rapid development of China's sports service industry.However,due to the lack of effective supply of human capital,the service quality and efficiency of China's sports service industry lag behind the development of speed and scale,resulting in a low economic contribution rate and an imbalance between supply and demand of sports service industry.The lack of effective supply of sports service industry is mainly manifested in:Policy and system guarantee,human capital stock,application platform construction.On the basis of the basic development status,based on the background of supply side reform,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effective supply of human capital in China's sports service industry.
