艺术治疗辅助式安宁疗护在宫颈癌晚期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of art therapy assisted hospice care in patients with advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨艺术治疗辅助式安宁疗护在宫颈癌晚期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年8月南昌大学第二附属医院肿瘤科收治的100例宫颈癌晚期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与试验组(50例)。对照组采用安宁疗护常规模式护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用艺术治疗辅助护理。比较两组患者干预前后的癌因性疲乏量表,埃德蒙顿症状评定量表(ESAS),抑郁、焦虑和压力量表(DASS-21)、尊严量表(PDI)评分。结果护理后,试验组患者癌因性疲乏量表的躯体感知疲乏、认知疲乏、行为疲乏、情感疲乏评分低于对照组,ESAS量表的心理症状和躯体症状评分均低于对照组,DASS-21的抑郁、焦虑和压力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后的PDI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艺术治疗辅助式安宁疗护在宫颈癌晚期患者中应用,可改善患者的癌因性疲乏,调节身心症状,利于患者处于心境平和、尊严满足的良性状态。

Objective To explore the effect of art therapy assisted hospice care in advanced cervical cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divid-ed into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received hospice routine nursing mode,and the experimental group received art therapy assisted nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of cancer fatigue scale,Edmonton symptom rating scale(ESAS),the depression,anxiety and stress scale(DASS-21)and patient dignity scale(PDI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physical perception fatigue,cognitive fatigue,behavioral fatigue and emotional fatigue of cancer fatigue scale in experimental group were lower than those of control group,the scores of psychological symptoms and physical symptoms of ESAS scale were lower than those of control group,and the scores of depression,anxiety and stress of DASS-21 were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PDI score of experimental group after nursing was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of art therapy assisted hospice care in advanced cervical cancer patients can improve cancer fatigue,regulate physical and mental symptoms,and help patients to be in a benign state of peace of mind,dignity and satisfaction.
