摘要
蘑菇中毒是一项威胁人类健康的世界性难题,每年都会有大量患者因蘑菇中毒而失去生命。鹅膏菌中毒是蘑菇中毒中最为常见的类型,其带来的健康威胁不容忽视。鹅膏菌产生的毒素主要包括肽类毒素和非肽类毒素,根据毒素作用机制的不同,在进入人体后,鹅膏菌产生的毒素可对人体多个器官和系统产生不同的毒性作用,但最为显著的还是其对肝肾功能的严重损害。而临床上关于心肌损伤的报道却较为少见,但其一旦发生,往往可以导致各种类型的心律失常、心力衰竭乃至出现心脏骤停,并伴随着极高的死亡率。因此本文系统整理了有关鹅膏菌中毒致心肌损伤的相关文献,深入分析鹅膏菌中毒致心肌损伤的可能机制并概括其治疗现状,为心肌损伤蘑菇中毒的研究和诊治提供参考与帮助。
Mushroom poisoning is a worldwide problem that threatens human health,and a large number of patients lose their lives due to mushroom poisoning every year.Amanita poisoning is the most common type of mushroom poisoning,and its health threat cannot be ignored.The toxins produced by amanita mainly include peptide toxins and non-peptide toxins.According to the different mechanism of action of toxins,after entering the human body,the toxins produced by amanita can produce different toxic effects on multiple organs and systems of the human body,but the most significant is the serious damage to liver and kidney function.However,the clinical reports on myocardial injury are relatively rare,but once it occurs,it can often lead to various types of arrhythmia,heart failure and even cardiac arrest,and it is accompanied by a very high mortality.Therefore,this paper systematically sorted out the relevant literature on myocardial injury caused by amanita poi-soning,deeply analyzed the possible mechanism of myocardial injury caused by amanita poisoning and summarized its treat-ment status,so as to provide reference and help for the research,diagnosis and treatment of myocardial injury mushroom poisoning.
