摘要
目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合正念训练对青少年非自杀性自伤行为及负性心理的影响。方法选择2022年2月至2023年3月收治的青少年非自杀性自伤者190例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组95例。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰联合正念训练治疗;观察2组自伤伤害严重程度情况,比较2组Barratt冲动性量表(BIS)评分、情绪智力量表(EIS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)评分情况,比较2组疗效情况。结果观察组自伤伤害程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。2组BIS各项评分、HAMD-17、HAMA-14评分下降,EIS评分上升,且观察组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对青少年非自杀性自伤患者给予草酸艾司西酞普兰联合正念训练治疗,减少自伤行为,可改善情绪障碍,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of oxalate escitalopram combined with mindfulness training on behavior and negative psychology in adolescents with non suicidal self injury(NSSI).Methods One hundred and ninety adolescents with NSSI admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=95)and an observation group(n=95).All patients were treated with oxalate escitalopram,those in the observation group added mindfulness training.The NSSI severity,scores of Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BIS),Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),Hamilton Depression Scale 17 items(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale 14 items(HAMA-14),as well as the curative effects were included as comparisons between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group presented significantly improved NSSI severity,decreased scores of BIS,HAMD-17,and HAMA-14,but increased scores of EIS relative to the control group(all P<0.05).The curative effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxalate escitalopram and mindfulness training can reduce self injurious behavior,improve emotional disorders,and has a significant therapeutic effect on NSSI adolescents.
