地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗复发性流产的效果分析

Clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with Zishen Yutai Pills on recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的观察地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸在复发性流产患者保胎治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020至2022年收治的复发性流产患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组口服地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组给予地屈孕酮联合滋肾育胎丸治疗。对比2组的妊娠结局、血清激素水平、炎性指标水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的保胎成功率为80.00%高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组间各项炎性指标(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的IL-6、IL-10明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸与地屈孕酮配伍对复发性流产有明显改善作用,可提高患者的雌激素水平且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with Zishen Yutai Pills on recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.All patients were treated with oral dydrogesterone tablets,and those in the observation group were additionally given Zishen Yutai Pills.The pregnancy outcome,serum hormone levels,inflammatory indicators and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of tocolysis in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%vs 60.00%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the pre-treatment levels of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin between the two groups(P>0.05),which,after treatment,were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the pre-t reatment levels of inflammatory markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 10(IL-10)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the level of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)was significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills combined with dydrogesterone can significantly improve the recurrent spontaneous abortion,and increase the level of estrogen without obvious adverse events.
