摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜根治术(laparoscopic radical surgery,LRS)治疗结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)患者的临床价值。方法简单随机选取2017年1月—2023年12月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的80例经临床检查确诊且拟行手术治疗的CRC患者为研究对象,按手术方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行传统开腹术,观察组实施LRS术,对比两组炎症因子水平、胃肠道激素水平、并发症情况。结果术后3 d,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,胃泌素、胃动素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为15.00%(6/40),低于对照组的35.00%(14/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05)。结论相比开腹术,采用LRS治疗CRC,对机体胃肠功能影响更小,炎症损伤更轻,且手术安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic radical surgery(LRS)in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC)patients.Methods From January 2017 to December 2023,80 patients with CRC diagnosed by clinical examination and scheduled for surgical treatment in Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital were simple randomly se⁃lected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group and obser⁃vation group,40 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional laparotomy,and the observation group underwent LRS.The levels of inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal hormone levels and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results 3 days after operation,the levels of C-reaction protein and interleu⁃kins-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of gastrin and motilin were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.00%(6/40),which was lower than 35.00%(14/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparotomy,LRS for the treatment of CRC has less impact on gastrointestinal function,less inflammatory damage,and higher surgical safety.
