集束化护理在重症颅脑损伤患者气道管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Bundled Nursing in Airway Management of Pa⁃tients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探究集束化护理干预应用于重症颅脑损伤患者气道管理中的效果。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年10月临沂市中医医院重症医学二病区收治的94例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,将其依照不同护理方法分为对照组与研究组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施集束化护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、并发症发生率、护理满意度、活动能力。结果研究组并发症总发生率、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、日常活动能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的78.72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05)。结论在临床上对于重症颅脑损伤患者气道管理应用集束化护理可以控制并发症,提高心理状态,促使身体康复,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on airway mangement in patients with se⁃vere craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 94 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the Second Ward of Intensive Care Medicine of Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Bundled nursing.The psychological state,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and activity ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications,anxiety degree,depression degree and daily ac⁃tivity ability in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group 95.74%(45/47)was higher than that of the control group 78.72%(37/47),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the application of cluster nursing for airway mangement patients with severe craniocerebral injury can control compli⁃cations,improve psychological status,and promote physical rehabilitation.It has good clinical application value.
