穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽对脑卒中便秘患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Auricular Acupoint Seed Embedding on Stroke Patients with Constipation

目的探究穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽应用在脑卒中便秘患者中的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2023年12月东台市人民医院收治的90例脑卒中便秘患者的临床资料。根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行常规护理+穴位贴敷+耳穴埋籽。比较两组的排便情况、初次不良排便情况、便秘评分、舒适评分、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组排便间隔、粪便性质、排便困难评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组初次不良排便总发生率为6.67%(3/45),低于对照组的22.22%(10/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.406,P=0.036)。护理后,观察组便秘评分低于对照组,舒适评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中便秘患者采用穴位贴敷+耳穴埋籽护理干预,会改善其排便情况,避免患者不良排便,维持其身心舒适度,提高患者生活品质和满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with auricular seed embedding in stroke patients with constipation.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with stroke constipation admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing+acupoint application+auricular acu⁃point seed embedding.The defecation,first bad defecation,constipation score,comfort score,quality of life and nurs⁃ing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation interval,fecal nature and defecation difficulty scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of first adverse defecation in the observation group was 6.67%(3/45),which was lower than 22.22%(10/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.406,P=0.036).After nursing,the constipation score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application+auricu⁃lar acupoint seed embedding nursing intervention for stroke patients with constipation can improve their defecation,avoid poor defecation,maintain their physical and mental comfort,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
