不同处理方式对大果栎种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要 [目的]研究大果栎种子的发芽情况,筛选出最佳的催芽方式。[方法]采用不同处理方式对大果栎种子进行催芽处理,比较其发芽率、发芽势及播种后幼苗的生长情况。[结果]通过对大果栎种子进行不同处理后发现,秋季采收的种子不进行储存,直接在25℃环境下进行播种时,种子发芽率达到83.33%,说明大果栎种子可以不经过春化处理直接播种;经过低温春化后可以提高种子发芽率;在栎树种子储存时需做好保水措施,以确保种子质量。[结论]栎树种子低温沙藏后发芽效果最好,但实际生产中也可根据需要选择采后不经储存直接播种或是密封袋低温储藏的方式进行催芽处理。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the germination of Quercus macrocarpa seeds and screen out the best germination method.[Method]Different treatments were used to accelerate the germination of Q.macrocarpa seeds,and the germination rate,germination potential and seedling growth after sowing were compared.[Result]After different treatments of Q.macrocarpa seeds,it was found that the seeds harvested in autumn were not stored.When the seeds were sown directly at 25℃,the seed germination rate reached 83.33%,indicating that the seeds of Q.macrocarpa could be sown directly without vernalization.The germination rate of seeds can be improved after low temperature vernalization.Water retention measures should be taken to ensure the quality of Q.macrocarpa seeds during storage.[Conclusion]The germination effect of Q.macrocarpa seeds after low temperature sand storage is the best,but in actual production,the germination treatment can also be carried out by direct sowing without storage or low temperature storage in sealed bags.
