摘要
该文旨在探索基于嫁接技术的紫花风铃木花期调控新模式,以提升其观赏价值和经济效益。通过分析紫花风铃木的生物学特性,阐述嫁接原理,并从嫁接材料选择、技术创新、环境优化和嫁接后管理等方面,提出了一系列的优化策略。研究表明,合理选择砧木接穗、应用组培和机械化嫁接技术、优化温光水肥环境调控、采取科学的嫁接后管理,可显著提高嫁接成活率,促进嫁接植株健康生长,实现花期精准调控。该研究为紫花风铃木等园林植物的嫁接繁育和花期调控提供了新思路和技术支撑。
The aim was to explore a new mode of flowering regulation of Handroanthus impetiginosus based on grafting technology,in order to enhance its ornamental value and economic benefits.By analyzing the biological characteristics of H.impetiginosus,the grafting principle was expounded,and a series of optimization strategies were put forward from the aspects of grafting material selection,technological innovation,environmental optimization and post-grafting management.Studies have shown that reasonable selection of rootstock scions,application of tissue culture and mechanized grafting techniques,optimization of temperature,light,water and fertilizer environment regulation,and adoption of scientific post-grafting management can significantly improve the survival rate of grafting,promote the healthy growth of grafted plants,and achieve precise regulation of flowering.This study provides new ideas and technical support for grafting breeding and flowering regulation of garden plants such as H.impetiginosus.
