园艺劳动对高职院校家庭经济困难学生人才培养的价值与路径研究

Research on the Value and Path of Horticultural Labor to the Talent Cultivation of Students from Financial Difficulties Families in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对园艺劳动对高职院校家庭经济困难学生人才培养的价值与路径进行研究,结果表明,园艺劳动在提升学生的自信心与钝感力、提升实践能力与专业素养、培养学生社会责任感和家国情怀等方面具有独特的价值。为了实现这一目标,文中提出了制定合理的园艺劳动教育课程、构建有效的园艺劳动教育实践平台和加强教师队伍建设等具体路径建议。

Through the research on the value and path of horticultural labor to the talent training of students from poor families in higher vocational colleges,the results showed that horticultural labor had a unique value in improving students’self-confidence and the power of insensitivity,improving practical ability and professional quality,and cultivating students’social responsibility and feelings of home and country.In order to achieve this goal,some concrete suggestions such as formulating reasonable horticultural labor education curriculum,constructing effective horticultural labor education practice platform and strengthening the construction of teachers were put forward.
