参乌益肾片治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭脾肾气阴两虚证临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenwu Yishen Tablets for Chronic Renal Failure in Early and Middle Stage with Spleen-Kidney Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察参乌益肾片治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)脾肾气阴两虚证临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月安吉县人民医院接诊的早中期CRF脾肾气阴两虚证患者,共78例。按随机数字表法分成2组各39例。2组均给予常规治疗方案,对照组加用复方α-酮酸片,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予参乌益肾片治疗,2组均连续观察6个月。比较2组肾功能指标、脾肾气阴两虚证症状评分、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平以及临床疗效。结果:治疗6个月后,2组血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白水平分别与治疗前比较均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,2组脾肾气阴两虚证症状评分分别与治疗前比较均减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组脾肾气阴两虚证症状评分少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,2组血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平分别与治疗前比较均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率观察组87.18%,对照组64.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参乌益肾片治疗早中期CRF脾肾气阴两虚证,能改善患者肾功能与中医证候,下调血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenwu Yishen Tablets on chronic renal failure(CRF)in early and middle stage with spleen-kidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 78 CRF patients with spleen-kidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome in the early and middle stages admitted to People's Hospital of Anji County from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment plan,the control group was additionally treated with Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenwu Yishen Tablets on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were observed for six months.The kidney function indexes,symptom scores of spleen-kidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome,levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After six months of treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h urine protein in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the symptom scores of spleen-kidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the symptom scores of spleen-kidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in the two groups were down-regulated when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 87.18%in the observation group,and 64.10%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenwu Yishen Tablets can improve the kidney function and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of CRF patients with spleenkidney qi-yin deficiency syndrome in the early and middle stage and down-regulate the levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP.
