CT与普放诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of CT and General Radiotherapy in the Diagnosis of Solitary Pulmonary Spherical Lesions

目的探讨CT与普放在诊断肺部孤立性球形病变中的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月滕州市中心人民医院接收的92例疑似肺部孤立性球形病变患者为研究对象,以病理检查为诊断金标准,所有患者均给予普放与CT诊断,比较两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果CT诊断准确度为97.83%(90/92),高于普放的81.52%(75/92),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.205,P<0.05);CT灵敏度高于普放,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT与普放特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在炎性病灶诊断中,CT诊断符合率均高于普放,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论与普放诊断相比,CT检查能够提高肺部孤立性球形病变诊断准确度,且诊断认可度比较高,能够促进疾病早期检出,为其针对性治疗给予科学参考。

Objective To study the clinical effect of CT and general radiotherapy in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary spherical lesions.Methods From July 2022 to July 2023,a total of 92 patients with suspected solitary pulmonary spherical lesions received by Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Pathological examination was used as the gold standard for diagnosis.All patients were diagnosed by general radiotherapy and CT,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT was 97.83%(90/92),which was higher than 81.52%(75/92)of conventional radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.205,P<0.05).The sensitivity of CT was higher than that of conventional radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity between CT and general radiotherapy(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of inflammatory lesions,the diagnostic coincidence rate of CT were higher than that of general radiotherapy,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the diagnosis of general radiotherapy,CT examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy of solitary spherical lesions in the lung,and the diagnostic recognition is relatively high,which can provide scientific reference for targeted treatment while promoting the early detection of the disease.
