左旋肉碱虾青素治疗对弱精子症患者精子浓度及总数的影响研究

Effect of L-carnitine Astaxanthin Treatment on Sperm Concentration and Total Number in Patients with Asthenospermia

目的分析左旋肉碱虾青素治疗对弱精子症患者精子浓度及总数的影响。方法非随机选取济南市第二妇幼保健院于2021年3月—2023年10月收治的80例弱精子症患者,按治疗方法不同分成两组,对照组与研究组各40例;其中对照组接受复方氨基酸胶囊治疗,研究组则接受复方氨基酸胶囊联合左旋肉碱虾青素治疗,对两组的精液检测结果进行观察比较。结果研究组治疗后的精子总数、精子浓度、精液量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比较,研究组的各项指标均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗后的精子DNA碎片指数为(12.16±3.51)%,低于对照组的(16.65±4.18)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.203,P<0.05)。结论选择左旋肉碱虾青素对弱精子症患者进行治疗,能让其精子浓度及总数显著提高,对其精液质量进行显著改善,有临床价值意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of L-carnitine astaxanthin treatment on sperm concentration and total number in patients with asthenospermia.Methods A total of eighty patients with asthenospermia admitted to Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with forty cases in control group and forty cases in study group.The control group was treated with compound amino acid capsules,while the study group was treated with compound amino acid capsules combined with L-carnitine astaxanthin.The semen detection results of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total sperm count,sperm concentration and semen volume of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,all the indexes of the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The DNA fragmentation index of the study group was(12.16±3.51)%,which was lower than(16.65±4.18)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.203,P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of L-carnitine astaxanthin for treatment of asthenospermia patients can significantly increase the sperm concentration and total,and significantly improve the semen quality,which has clinical significance.
