甲羟孕酮片+复方炔诺酮片对围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者血清性激素的影响

Influence of Serum Sex Hormones in Patients with Functional Uterine Bleeding During Perimenopause Treated with Medroxyprogesterone Tablets Combined with Compound Norethisterone Tablets

目的分析甲羟孕酮片结合复方炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法非随机选取2021年6月—2023年6月巫山县人民医院收治的70例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组35例,对照组服用甲羟孕酮片,研究组在对照组基础上加用复方炔诺酮片,比较两组的疗效。结果研究组的临床有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的性激素水平更优,月经量、月经时间、血红蛋白指标、子宫内膜厚度等指标也更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲羟孕酮片+复方炔诺酮片用于围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者中,可提高治疗效果,改善患者激素水平,缓解临床症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of medroxyprogesterone tablets combined with compound norethisterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of seventy patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding admitted to Wushan County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with compound norethisterone tablets on the basis of the control group.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sex hormone level,menstrual volume,menstrual time,hemoglobin index,endometrial thickness and other indicators were also better in the study group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone tablets plus compound Norethisterone tablets can improve the therapeutic effect,improve hormone levels and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with functional uterine bleeding during perimenopause.
