口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果

摘要 目的探讨口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月泗水县人民医院收治的先天性缺牙患者80例。按治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用口腔修复治疗,研究组采用口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗。比较两组咀嚼功能、语言功能、美学效果、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组咀嚼功能、语言功能、美学效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论先天性缺牙患者实施口腔正畸与口腔修复治疗,能改善咀嚼功能,提高面部美学效果,提高语言功能,减少并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of orthodontics combined with restorative dentistry in the treatment of congenitally missing teeth.Methods Eighty cases of congenitally edentulous patients admitted to Sishui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected non-randomly.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral prosthetic treatment and the study group was given with orthodontic combined oral prosthetic treatment.Compared the mastica⁃tory function,speech function,aesthetic effect,and complication rate of the two groups.Results After treatment,the study group's masticatory function,speech function,and aesthetic effect were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than the 20.00%(8/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment in patients with congeni⁃tal edentulism improves masticatory function,facial aesthetics,speech function,and reduces complications.
