数字金融对农户耕地保护行为的影响——以有机肥施用为例

The Impact of Digital Finance on Farmers ’ Cultivated Land Protection Behavior—Taking the Use of Organic Fertilizer as an Example

有机肥施用是耕地保护的有效途径,也是实现农业绿色生产的重要方式。在理论分析数字金融对农户有机肥施用行为的影响效应、作用机制的基础上,利用2022年黄河流域中上游地区2313份农户微观调研数据,运用OLS模型、中介效应模型和工具变量法等方法进行实证检验。研究发现:①数字金融使用对农户有机肥施用行为有显著的正向影响,经过稳健性和内生性检验后,结论依旧成立。②机制分析表明,数字金融使用通过增强信贷可得性、提升价值认知和促进农地转入,进而提高农户有机肥施用行为。③从种植结构来看,数字金融使用能促进经济作物的有机肥施用行为;从经营规模来看,数字金融使用对农户有机肥施用存在规模限制,会促进经营规模在20亩以下的农户家庭的有机肥施用行为。据此,建议从提升数字金融服务水平、积极培育农村新型经营主体、完善技术推广服务体系等方面促进农户有机肥施用。

Organic fertilizer application is an effective way to protect cultivated land and an important way to realize agricultural green production.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the influence effect and mechanism of digital finance on farmers’organic fertilizer application behavior,this paper uses 2313 micro survey data of farmers in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin in 2022,and uses OLS model,mediating effect model and instrumental variable method to carry out empirical test.The study found that:①The use of digital finance has a significant positive impact on farmers’organic fertilizer application behavior.After the robustness and endogenous test,the conclusion is still valid.②Mechanism analysis shows that the use of digital finance improves farmers’organic fertilizer application behavior by enhancing credit availability,enhancing value cognition and promoting farmland transfer-in.③From the perspective of planting structure,the use of digital finance can promote the application of organic fertilizer in economic crops;from the perspective of business scale,the use of digital finance has scale restrictions on the application of organic fertilizer by farmers,which will promote the application of organic fertilizer by farmers with a business scale of less than 20 mu.Accordingly,it is suggested to improve the level of digital financial services;actively cultivate new rural business entities;improve the technology promotion service system and other aspects to promote the application of organic fertilizer by farmers.
