摘要
以股吧论坛为代表的新兴信息传递中介在中国金融市场舆情分析中发挥愈加重要的作用。在中国加快发展新质生产力、发挥创新主导作用的时代背景下探讨网络舆论与企业创新发展之间的关系具有重要的现实意义。网络舆论抑制了企业创新产出与创新效率,网络舆论的扩散效应也会抑制企业创新产出及创新效率。作用机制研究表明网络舆论会通过提升股票流动性、促进企业金融化抑制企业创新产出及创新效率,并最终导致审计费用的增加。此外,随着信息环境改善、社会责任履行质量的提高,网络舆论对企业创新产出及创新效率的抑制作用会被弱化,并且国有企业同样会弱化网络舆论对企业创新产出及创新效率的抑制作用。从企业创新的角度实证分析了网络舆论对企业发展的影响,拓展了网络舆论影响的研究范围,丰富了企业创新活动的研究视角,有助于深入和全面探讨网络舆论对企业创新发展的作用机制和影响。
Emerging information transfer intermediaries represented by stock bar forums play an increasingly important role in the analysis of public opinion in China's financial market,and it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between online public opinion and corporate innovation in the context of China's accelerated development of new-quality productive forces and the leading role of innovation.Online public opinion inhibits corporate innovation output and innovation efficiency.The diffusion effect of online public opinion also suppresses firms'innovation output and innovation efficiency.The mechanism of action study shows that online public opinion suppresses firms'innovation output and innovation efficiency by increasing stock liquidity,promoting financialisation of firms,and ultimately leading to an increase in audit costs.In addition,with the improvement of the information environment and the quality of social responsibility,the inhibitory effect of online public opinion on corporate innovation output and innovation efficiency will be weakened,and state-owned enterprises will also weaken the inhibitory effect of online public opinion on corporate innovation output and innovation efficiency.From the perspective of enterprise innovation,we empirically analysed the impact of network public opinion on enterprise development,expanded the research scope of the impact of network public opinion,enriched the research perspectives of enterprise innovation activities,helped to deeply and comprehensively explore the role of network public opinion on the development of enterprise innovation as well as the impact of the mechanism and influence of network public opinion.
