摘要
在我国供热系统中,尤其是二次网,水力平衡是一个普遍存在的问题。本文梳理了目前供热行业几种常见二次网水力平衡调节装置并进行分析。提出了一种结合手动平衡阀、自力式平衡阀、物联网平衡阀优点的二次网平衡调节装置“移动式测量+云控App平衡阀”。阐述并分析了“移动式测量+云控App平衡阀”的建设方案、投资成本、调节效果、室温情况、节能效益等,并通过试点实践验证了其可行性、节能效果等,为现代供热系统的精细化调节、节能降耗提供了新的解决方案。
Hydraulic balance is a common problem in China's heating system,especially in the secondary network.This article summarizes several common secondary network hydraulic balance adjustment devices in the current heating industry and analyzes them.This article proposes a secondary network balance adjustment device that combines the advantages of manual balance valve,self operated balance valve,and IoT balance valve-the"mobile measurement+-cloud control app balance valve".This article elaborates and analyzes the construction plan,investment cost,regulation effect,room temperature situation,energy-saving benefits,etc.of the"mobile measurement+cloud control app balance valve",and verifies its feasibility and energy-saving effect through pilot practice,providing a new solution for the fine regulation,energy saving and consumption reduction of modern heating systems.
