摘要
本研究针对山东某印染厂污水站进行工艺优化实践,以提升污水处理能力和出水水质。原污水处理站采用二级生化处理工艺,但随着设备老化,导致处理能力不足而且出水水质指标经常性超标。本研究通过新增斜板筛网、改造接触氧化池为水解酸化池和好氧池等措施,将处理量提高至1000m^(3)/d,出水水质指标达到设计标准,成功提升了污水处理效率,改善了出水水质。这些经验对印染企业污水站升级改造具有参考意义。
This study focuses on the process optimization practice of a sewage station in a printing and dyeing factory in Shandong Province,in order to improve the sewage treatment capacity and effluent quality.The original sewage treatment plant adopts a two-stage biochemical treatment process,but with the aging of the equipment,the treatment capacity is insufficient and the effluent often exceeds the standard.This study increased the treatment capacity to 1000m^(3)/d and achieved the design standards for effluent quality by adding inclined plate screens and transforming the contact oxidation tank into a hydrolysis acidification tank and an aerobic tank.The wastewater treatment efficiency was successfully improved and the effluent quality was improved.These experiences provide references for the upgrading and renovation of sewage stations for printing and dyeing enterprises.
