摘要
基于工会基本工作职能,阐释了高职院校工会弘扬劳模精神的职责,指出高职院校工会在这项工作中面临认识层次不高,功能发挥受限;资源相对有限,人才支撑不足;校内协同不够,教育载体单一等问题,进而提出完善劳模精神培育体系,拓展劳模精神培育资源,促进劳模精神融入校园文化,以及完善劳模精神培育激励和保障机制等优化路径。
Based on the fundamental functions of labor unions,this paper elucidates the responsibilities of labor unions in higher vocational colleges in promoting the model worker spirit.It points out the challenges faced by these labor unions in this endeavor,including a lack of in-depth understanding and limited functional exertion,relatively scarce resources and insufficient talent support,inadequate internal collaboration,and a monotonous educational carrier.Consequently,optimization pathways are proposed,such as improving the cultivation system for the model worker spirit,expanding resources for its cultivation,facilitating its integration into campus culture,and refining incentive and guarantee mechanisms for its cultivation.
