摘要
【目的】针对水力压裂高压管汇含砂压裂液冲蚀问题,分析弯管冲蚀影响因素并提出优化手段减少弯管受冲蚀程度。【方法】运用FLUENT软件,基于DPM模型、Realizable k-ε湍流模型,根据实际工况条件对90°弯管进行冲蚀仿真分析。【结果】结果表明,新型弯管结构可以有效降低弯管冲蚀磨损程度。在相同工况下,优化后最大冲蚀速率为1.861×10^(-5) kg/(m^(2)·s),相较于优化前减少了41.6%。【结论】经过分析可知,改变弯管形状、增加弯管处管径可有效减少弯管受冲蚀程度。
[Purposes]Aiming at the problem of erosion of sand-bearing fracturing fluid in hydraulic frac-tured high pressure pipe sink,the influencing factors of elbow erosion are analyzed and the optimization method is put forward to reduce the degree of erosion of elbow.[Methods]Using FLUENT software,based on DPM model and Realizable k-εturbulence model,the erosion simulation analysis of 90°el-bow is carried out according to the actual working conditions.[Findings]The results show that the new type of elbow structure can effectively reduce elbow erosion wear,and the maximum erosion rate is 1.86×10^(-5) kg/(m^(2)·s)under the same working condition,which is 41.6%lower than that before optimization.[Conclusions]Through analysis,it can be seen that changing the shape or increasing the diameter of the elbow can effectively reduce the erosion degree of the elbow.
