基于路径规划技术的沙滩垃圾清理车设计

摘要 【目的】针对日益严重的沙滩垃圾污染以及传统垃圾清理方式效率低的问题,设计一种基于路径规划技术的沙滩垃圾清理车。【方法】所设计的清理车集成了翻动铲、垃圾传送带、图像传感器、太阳能板、回收箱和履带式底盘等结构。图像传感器可以识别垃圾位置,并结合蚁群算法规划最优路径,提高垃圾收集效率。安装的太阳能板可以为清理车提供补充能源,延长设备工作时间。为检验清理车的底盘结构是否满足强度要求,使用SolidWorks软件进行有限元分析。【结果】有限元计算结果显示,所设计的底盘结构合理,强度满足使用要求。【结论】所设计的沙滩垃圾清理车在垃圾精准识别、路径合理规划和节能环保等方面具有显著的创新意义和应用潜力,为今后沙滩垃圾清理装置的研发和设计提供借鉴。 [Purposes]Aiming at the increasingly serious pollution of beach garbage and the inefficiency of traditional garbage cleaning methods,a beach garbage cleaning vehicle based on path planning tech-nology is designed.[Methods]The designed cleaning vehicle integrates the structure of turning shovel,garbage conveyor belt,image sensor,solar panel,recycling box and crawler chassis.Image sensor can identify the location of garbage,and combine with ant colony algorithm to plan the optimal path to im-prove the efficiency of garbage collection.The installed solar panels can provide supplementary energy for the cleaning vehicle and extend the working time of the equipment.In order to test whether the chas-sis structure of the cleaning vehicle meets the strength requirements,the finite element analysis is car-ried out by SolidWorks software.[Findings]The results of finite element calculation show that the de-signed chassis structure is reasonable and the strength meets the requirements of use.[Conclusions]The designed beach garbage cleaning vehicle has remarkable innovative significance and application poten-tial in the aspects of accurate garbage identification,reasonable path planning,energy saving and envi-ronmental protection,which provides reference for the research and development and design of beach garbage cleaning devices in the future.
