摘要
本文对酵母双杂交技术在植物基因功能研究以及抗逆性等方面的应用进行了综述。首先,我们阐述了酵母双杂交技术的工作原理以及实验流程。其次,我们详细描述了利用该技术所取得的一系列重要研究结果,涉及到不同作物品种间特定基因互作关系、新型抗逆基因筛选等方面。最后,针对酵母双杂交技术的局限性问题找到新的解决方法,并对酵母双杂交技术在植物领域的应用进行了展望。
This review provides an overview of the application of yeast two-hybrid technology in plant gene function research and stress resistance.Firstly,it outlines the working principle and experimental procedures of yeast two-hybrid technology.Secondly,it details a series of significant research findings using this technology,including specific gene interactions among different crop species and the identification of novel stress resistance genes.Finally,a new approach to address the limitations of yeast two-hybrid technology is proposed,along with a prospective outlook on its application in plant research.
