人力资本、心理资本对少数民族大学生择业意向的影响

摘要 少数民族大学生择业意向是社会关注的焦点之一,它既联系着区域民生,也影响着民族团结。研究以新疆1638名少数民族大学生为对象,分析了人力资本、心理资本对少数民族大学生择业意向的影响。结果表明:少数民族大学生择业意向得分相对较高,其次是心理资本和人力资本;人力资本和心理资本在性别、独生子女身份、专业属性、生源地上存在显著差异,择业意向在独生子女身份、生源地、族别上存在显著差异;人力资本和心理资本各维度均对择业意向有显著的正向影响,且心理资本在人力资本对择业意向之间存在部分中介作用。这一发现不仅拓展了现有理论对少数民族大学生择业行为的理解,也为制定更有针对性的就业指导与心理支持策略提供了实证依据。据此,应聚焦少数民族大学生就业政策感知,搭建就业信息平台;组织系统就业指导,积累优质人力资本;分类开展心理干预,提升抗逆能力。 The career choice intention of ethnic minority college students is one of the focus of social concerns,which is related not only to the regional livelihood but also to the national unity.Taking 1638 ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang as the research object,this study analyzes the influence of human capital and psychological capital on the career choice intention of ethnic minority college students.The results show that the ethnic minority college students have higher scores in career intention,followed by psychological capital and human capital.Human capital and psychological capital have significant differences in terms of gender,only child status,professional attributes,and the origin of students,while career choice intention has significant differences in only child status,origin of students,and ethnicity.All dimensions of human capital and psychological capital have a significant positive impact on career choice intention,and psychological capital playing a partial mediating role between human capital and career choice intention.This finding not only expands the existing theoretical understanding of the career choice behavior of ethnic minority college students,but also provides an empirical evidence for formulating more targeted employment guidance and psychological supporting strategies.Therefore,we should focus on the employment policy perception of minority college students to build an employment information platform,organize systematic employment guidance to accumulate high-quality human capital and carry out categorized psychological intervention to improve resilience.
