氢氧膨胀循环发动机动态特性研究

摘要 以氢氧膨胀循环发动机为研究对象,基于模块化建模仿真思想,给出了发动机部件动力学模型,结合发动机系统工作原理构建了液体火箭发动机系统模型,开展了氢氧膨胀循环发动机启动瞬态仿真研究。根据仿真结果并结合试车数据对发动机系统模型进行验证并优化,对优化后的模型进行发动机动态全过程仿真计算,仿真结果表明,发动机动态变化过程中主要性能参数与试车数据吻合良好,验证了仿真模型准确性。 Taking the hydrogen-oxygen expansion cycle engine as the research object,based on the idea of modular modeling and simulation,the dynamic model of engine components is given,and the liquid rocket engine system model is constructed based on the working principle of the engine system,and the transient state of the hydrogen-oxygen expansion cycle engine is developed simulation Research.According to the simulation results and combined with the test data,the engine system model is verified and optimized,and the optimized model is simulated and calculated in the whole process of engine dynamics.The simulation results show that the main performance parameters during the dynamic change of the engine are in good agreement with the test data,which verifies the simulation model accuracy and design feasibility.
