摘要
为满足当前新型电力系统建设中对新能源消纳需求,以某地BF开发区供电区域的分布式光伏电网规划为例,对影响新能源消纳能力的因素、基于新能源消纳的电网规划技术及模型进行全方位探讨与分析,并得出研究结果。通过同时引入储能系统运行策略(energy storage system,ESS)、需求响应策略(demand response,DR),可以为该地光伏新能源消纳量的提升提供有力支持。为保证新能源消纳量、消纳能力的提高,各地电网规划设计应结合供电区域实际情况,针对性选用运行策略,以满足多变电力市场环境不断发展的需求。
In order to meet the demand for new energy consumption in the current new power system construction,taking the distributed photovoltaic power grid planning in the power supply area of a certain BF development zone as an example,this paper comprehensively explores and analyzes the factors that affect the new energy consumption capacity,the grid planning technology and model based on new energy consumption,and obtains research results.By simultaneously introducing energy storage system(ESS)and demand response(DR)strategies,strong support can be provided for the increase of photovoltaic new energy consumption in the area.To ensure the improvement of new energy consumption and consumption capacity,the planning and design of power grids in various regions should be based on the actual situation of the power supply area,and targeted operation strategies should be selected to meet the constantly developing needs of the ever-changing electricity market environment.
