摘要
以火力发电厂中的灰库结构为研究对象,探讨其设计优化方法。分析了常见灰库类型及其结构特点,并详细探讨了当前灰库结构设计中的问题,提出有针对性的优化建议,包括煤灰容重取值标准化、改进环梁计算方法、减小钢灰库焊接工作量以及加强灰库顶部梁设计等。探讨了灰库结构优化的方法,着重介绍了基于有限元法的结构优化、基础设计优化、新材料应用及抗震性能优化。通过这些优化措施,旨在提升火力发电厂灰库的整体性能,以实现经济性与功能性的双重提升。
Taking the ash silo structure in thermal power plants as the research object,this paper explores its design optimization methods.Firstly,the common types and structural characteristics of ash silos were analyzed,and the problems in current ash silo structural design were discussed in detail.Targeted optimization suggestions were proposed,including standardizing the value of ash bulk density,improving the calculation method of ring beams,reducing the welding workload of steel ash silos,and strengthening the design of the top beams of ash silos.Furthermore,the methods for optimizing the structure of the ash silo were further explored,with a focus on introducing structural optimization based on finite element method,foundation design optimization,new material application,and seismic performance optimization.Through these optimization measures,the aim is to enhance the overall performance of the ash storage system in thermal power plants,in order to achieve a dual improvement in both economy and functionality.
