摘要
城市化建设过程中,房建工程在其中发挥着重要的作用和价值,因此需不断进行完善与创新,提升房建施工质量,为居民提供更为优质的房屋建筑。房建施工过程中可应用多种施工工艺,其中混凝土施工工艺应用尤为重要,可保证房屋建筑的稳定性,并提升抵抗自然灾害的能力。但是在诸多因素的影响下,房屋容易发生结构裂缝现象。基于此,从混凝土结构特性入手,讨论混凝土结构裂缝类型,根据不同类型进行综合分析,并利用相关技术对混凝土结构裂缝进行处理,包括修补技术、灌浆技术、加固技术、维护技术和浇筑技术。通过这些技术的实施,有效地降低了出现裂缝的概率,增强了房屋建筑的稳定性以及完整性。
At present,in the process of urbanization,housing construction plays an important role and value.Therefore,continuous improvement and innovation are needed to enhance the quality of housing construction and provide residents with higher quality housing.During the construction process of a building,various construction techniques can be applied,among which the application of concrete construction techniques is particularly important,which can ensure the stability of the building and enhance its ability to resist natural disasters.However,under the influence of various factors,structural cracks are prone to occur.Based on this,starting from the characteristics of concrete structures,the types of cracks in concrete structures are discussed,followed by comprehensive analysis,and treatment techniques are used to treat cracks in concrete structures,including repair techniques,grouting techniques,reinforcement techniques,maintenance techniques,and pouring techniques.Through the implementation of these techniques,the probability of cracks occurring is effectively reduced,and the stability and integrity of building construction are enhanced.
