摘要
核电厂焊接质量管理是核电建设工程中的关键环节,对安全生产具有重大意义。以某核电厂为例,阐述了核电厂焊接质量问题,对人、机、料、法、环影响焊接质量的五要素进行分析,明确焊接质量管理关键环节,提出了焊接前、焊接中、焊接后的质量管理措施,以提高核电厂焊接质量管理水平。
The welding quality management of nuclear power plants is a key link faced in construction projects and has significant implications for safety production.Taking a nuclear power plant as an example,this article briefly explains the welding quality issues in nuclear power plants,analyzes the five elements that affect welding quality:personnel,machinery,materials,methods,and environment,clarifies the key links of welding quality management,and proposes quality management measures before,during,and after welding,in order to provide reference and guidance.
