摘要
风险智能识别的指导思想就是将设备大量的结构信息数据化。通过建立一个统一的智能管理系统,把设备各类型的数据进行汇总与综合分析,制定可靠的风险识别策略,并模拟工艺流程变化、设备状态改变、外部环境影响等可能发生的事件,对设备运行状态进行及时、高效、准确、全天候的风险智能识别与管理监控,以保障生产系统安全、稳定运行。
The guiding ideology of intelligent risk identification is to digitize a large amount of structural information of the equipment.All kinds of data of the equipment will be summarized and comprehensively analyzed by establishing a unified intelligent management system.Also reliable risk identification strategies will be made.What’s more,some possible events can be stimulated,such as changes in process flow,changes in equipment status,and external environmental impacts.Timely,efficient,accurate,and all-weather risk intelligent identification,management and monitoring are carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production system.
