“一病一品”管理模式对住院银屑病患者自我管理效能及皮损恢复的影响

Effects of"One Disease One Product"Management Mode on Self-management Efficiency and Skin Lesion Recovery of Inpatients with Psoriasis

目的:探究“一病一品”管理模式对住院银屑病患者自我管理效能、应对方式及皮损恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年12月于笔者医院住院的银屑病患者86例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规管理模式,观察组给予“一病一品”管理模式,评估并比较两组患者自我管理效能[自我效能感量表(General self efficacy scale,GSES)]、知识掌握情况、应对方式[医学应对问卷(Medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)]及皮损恢复情况[银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis area severity index,PASI)]。结果:干预后,观察组GSES评分及患者知识掌握情况评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组应对方式评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PASI评分及瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“一病一品”管理模式可提高住院银屑病患者自我管理效能、知识掌握情况,帮助患者积极面对疾病,有利于皮损恢复及瘙痒症状缓解。

Objective To investigate the effect of"one disease one product"management mode on self-management efficiency and skin lesion recovery of inpatients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 86 patients with psoriasis who were hospitalized in the author's hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into the intervention group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases).The control group received routine management mode,while the intervention group received"one disease one product"management mode.Self-management efficacy[general self efficacy scale(GSES)],mastery of knowledge,coping modes[medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)]and recovery of the lesion[psoriasis area severity index(PASI)]were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the score of GSES and the score of patients'knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of coping style in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PASI score and pruritus score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"one disease one product"management mode can improve self-management efficiency and acquisition of knowledge of inpatients with psoriasis,and promote them to face treatment actively,which is conducive to skin lesion recovery and pruritus relief.
