摘要
通过历史炉次相关信息条件的数据采集,建立历史数据库,然后按照相同或相近的原则进行分类,得出氧枪枪位高度控制曲线各类二级数据库,拟合处理后得到出对应条件下的氧枪吹炼枪位动态控制曲线,实现了氧枪吹炼枪位的自动控制,有效避免了吹炼过程中由于枪位控制不当而引发的“喷溅”或“返干”现象,保证了吹炼过程的平稳运行,提高了生产效率和金属收得率。
Through data collection of historical heat number related information conditions,a historical database is established,and then classified according to the same or similar principles to obtain various secondary databases of oxygen lance height control curves.After ftting and processing,the dynamic control curve of oxygen lance blowing position under corresponding conditions is obtained,realizing automatic control of oxygen lance blowing position,effectively avoiding"splashing"or"drying back"phenomena caused by improper lance position control during the blowing process,ensuring the smooth operation of the blowing process,improving production efficiency and the recovery rate of the metal.
