钢渣处理工艺与综合利用现状

摘要 综述了钢渣的来源、钢渣的化学成分、矿物组成、膨胀粉化和一些其它性质,并介绍了多种钢渣处理工艺。在此基础上,阐述了国内外转炉钢渣的研究现状和利用现状,并根据我国钢渣处理的不足之处,指出有压热闷钢渣处理新技术有望解决钢渣在安定性、易磨性等方面存在的问题。 The sources of steel slag,chemical composition,mineral composition,expansive pulverization and some other properties of steel slag are reviewed in this paper.In addition,various slag treatment processes are introduced as well.On this basis,the research and utilization state of converter slag at home and abroad is described.According to the shortcomings of steel slag treatment in our country,it is pointed out that the new technology of steel slag treatment with pressure heat tightness is expected to solve the problems of steel slag stability,grindability and other aspects.
