土三七药材化学成分、药理作用及毒理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Composition,Pharmacological and Toxicological Effects of Tu Sanqi Medicinal Materials

土三七是菊科植物土三七的根或全草,药用历史悠久,是我国民间常用的传统中草药,为秦巴山区特色中药“太白七药”之一,主要分布在河北、陕西、江苏、安徽、浙江、台湾等地,有散瘀止血、消肿止痛、清热解毒功效。现代研究表明,土三七的主要活性成分为甾体、三萜及生物碱,具有止血、抗肿瘤、镇痛、抗炎、抗疟、降血糖等药理活性。通过综述近年土三七化学成分、药理作用、临床应用以及毒理作用方面的文献,为后期深入研究提供科学依据。

Tu Sanqi is the root or whole plant of the Asteraceae plant Tu Sanqi.It has a long history of medicinal use and it is a kind of Chinese herbals commonly used in China.It is one of the“Seven Medicinal Herbs of Taibai”in the Qinba Mountain area,mainly distributed in Hebei,Shaanxi,Jiangsu,Anhui,Zhejiang,Taiwan and other places.It has the effects of dispersing blood stasis,stopping bleeding,reducing swelling and pain,clearing heat and detoxifying.Modern research has shown that the main active ingredients of Tu Sanqi are steroids,triterpenoids,and alkaloids,which have pharmacological activities such as hemostasis,anti-tumor,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antimalarial,and hypoglycemic effects.By reviewing recent literature on the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,clinical applications,and toxicological effects of Tu Sanqi,a scientific basis is provided for further research in the future.
