真武汤方药解析及临床应用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Drug Analysis and Clinical Application of Zhenwu Decoction

经典名方真武汤源于张仲景所著《伤寒论》,并收录于国家中医药管理局所发布的《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》。真武汤属祛湿剂类,善利水温阳,治各类水湿邪盛之证,并对太阳、少阴之阳虚水滞病机有独到的治疗作用,现代常用该方治疗阳虚水泛之心力衰竭、慢性肾功能衰竭及帕金森等水湿内停病症。现对真武汤的方药进行解析,并通过对真武汤的现代临床相关研究进行总结,为其他相关疾病的临床治疗提供理论依据。

The classic formula Zhenwudecoction originates from ZHANG Zhongjing s Treatise on Cold Damage and is included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classic Formulas(First Batch)published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Zhenwu decoction belongs to the category of dampness dispelling agents,which is good at promoting water and warming Yang,treating various types of water dampness and pathogenic diseases,and has unique therapeutic effects on the mechanism of Yang deficiency and water stagnation caused by the Yang deficiency and water stagnation of Taiyang and Shaoyin.It is commonly used in modern times to treat heart failure caused by Yang deficiency and water flooding,chronic renal failure,Parkinson s disease and other water dampness disorders.We will now analyze the formula of Zhenwu decoction and summarize its modern clinical research to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of other related diseases.
