摘要
目的分析外置一体式管路清洗系统对牙科综合治疗台水路消毒效果。方法2023年3月在牙体牙髓科和急诊综合科各自选取4台独立储水罐型牙科综合治疗台,并分别设置对照组和实验组。其中对照组使用25mg/L含氯消毒液进行管路消毒,实验组采用外置管路清洗机消毒,并分别在消毒前、消毒后即刻、消毒后第二天、第三天、第四天、第五天、第六天采集牙科治疗台储水罐、三用枪和牙科高速手机处的水样,进行细菌培养和检测;同时,分别记录对照组人工消毒操作和实验组管路清洗系统消毒的时间。结果消毒前两组水路细菌值差异无统计学意义;相较于对照组,实验组消毒后即刻水样的菌落值显著降低,并在连续三天循环消毒后的观察周期内,仍能保持有效的洁净效果(均值<100CFU/ml,P<0.05);对牙体牙髓科和急诊综合科科室间差异进行分析发现,外置管路清洗机对两科室牙科治疗台的储水罐消毒效果无明显差异,但实验组中牙体牙髓科在三用枪和牙科手机处的水样细菌值均低于急诊综合科(P<0.05);在人工及时间方面,实验组外置管路清洗系统单台消毒人工操作时间约为2min,而对照组常规流程人工操作时间约为20min。结论外置管路清洗机能显著改善牙科综合治疗台水路消毒效果,并在循环消毒后能使牙科治疗台水路在一定周期内维持有效的清洁状态,并与常规消毒程序相比,有效降低了临床牙科治疗台管路消毒的时间和人力成本。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effectiveness of an external integrated pipeline cleaning system on the disinfection of dental unite waterlines(DUWLs).METHODS In March 2023,4 dental unites with independent water storage tank were selected in each of endodontic department and emergency-general department,and control group and experimental group were set up.Among them,the control group was disinfected with 25 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant,while the experimental group was disinfected with the external pipeline cleaning system,and water samples from the independent water reservoirs,combination springe and dental high-speed handpiece before disinfection,immediately after disinfection,the second day after disinfection,the third,the fourth,the fifth,and the sixth days after disinfection were collected for bacterial culture and detection.Meanwhile,the time of manual disinfection operation in control group and the time of disinfection by pipeline cleaning system in experimental group were recorded respectively.RESULTS There was no significant difference between the bacterial values of the two waterways before disinfection.Compared with the control group,the bacterial colony values of the water samples of the experimental group was significantly lower in the immediate post-disinfection period and remained effectively clean during the observation cycle after three consecutive days of cyclic disinfection(mean value<100 CFU/ml,P<0.05).The analysis of the difference between the endodontic department and emergency-general department showed that there was no significant difference in the disinfection effect of the external pipeline cleaning system on the independent water reservoirs of the dental unites between the two departments,but in the experimental group,the bacteria value of water sample from the Endodontics department in the combination springe and the dental high-speed handpiece were significantly lower than that of the emergency-general department(P<0.05).In terms of labor and time cost,the manual operation time of the external pipeline cleaning system in the experimental group was about 2 min,while the manual operation time of the conventional process in the control group was about 20 min.CONCLUSION The external pipeline cleaning system could significantly improve the water disinfection effect of the dental unites waterlines(DUWLs),and enables the waterlines of a dental treatment table to maintain an effective clean state for a certain period after cyclic disinfections and effectively reduces the time and labor cost of disinfecting the line of a clinical dental treatment table as compared to the routine disinfection procedure.
