摘要
以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和腐殖酸为原料,通过一步水热法快速制备了发射墨绿色荧光的Si NPs,并对其形貌和性质进行了考察。基于胭脂红(CRM)可以有效猝灭Si NPs荧光强度的现象,建立了快速、准确的荧光检测胭脂红新方法,在最优的条件下,该方法的线性检测范围为0.1~90μmol/L,检测限为0.056μmol/L;应用于糖果和饮料中CRM的测定,回收率为99.1%~100.8%。
Silicon nanoparticles emitting dark green fluorescence are rapidly prepared via a one-step hydrothermal method using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)and humic acid as raw materials,and their morphology and properties are evaluated.Based on the phenomenon that carmine can effectively quench the fluorescence intensity of Si nanoparticles,a new method is established for the rapid and accurate fluorescence detection of carmine.Under the optimal conditions,the linear detection range of the method is 0.1-90μmol·L^(-1),and the limit of detection is 0.056μmol·L^(-1).As the method is applied to the determination of carmine in confectionery and beverages,the recoveries are in the range of 99.1%-100.8%.
