优化营商环境下政府规制理论在疫苗行业的应用

In the face of emergence of new business forms,new economies and new requirements,the traditional government regulatory system and governance measures have been slightly weak in the supervision of the vaccine industry in the digital era.How to use the government regulation theory to solve the previously exposed problems in the vaccine industry is a specific challenge that needs to be addressed in the process of business environment optimization.On the basis of systematically sorting out the government regulation theory,it is necessary to design a set of incentive government regulation theory to strengthen the regulation system in view of the market failure and system absence in the vaccine industry.This paper argues that it is necessary to strengthen economic regulation,social regulation and promote the diversification of regulatory means in order to better play the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and the role of the government.The vaccine industry related to public safety not only needs to play the function of market resource allocation,but also needs to pay attention to the role of government regulation.Inclusive and prudent supervision from the perspective of government regulation is the focus of the future development of the vaccine industry.
