Design of Heavy-duty Crosshead Disassembly and Assembly Tool for Reciprocating Compressors

往复压缩机是工业生产中的重要设备,而十字头部件却是往复压缩机中非常重要的一个部件,因此,十字头的检修是往复压缩机日常维护必不可少的内容之一,其检修质量对整台压缩机组的稳定运行起着决定性的作用。传统的拆卸方式已经不能满足重型十字头的检修与安全要求,笔者利用简易的工装设计,并重新制订了重型十字头的检修、更换步骤,既能满足快捷地检修要求,还能保障操作人员的操作安全,提高了劳动效率,极大地减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。

Reciprocating compressors are important equipment in industrial production,and the crosshead component is a very important part of reciprocating compressor.Therefore,the maintenance of crosshead is an essential part of the daily maintenance of reciprocating compressor,and its maintenance quality plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the entire compressor unit.The traditional dismantling method can no longer meet the maintenance and safety requirements of heavy-duty crossheads.The author has utilized a simple tooling design and re formulated the maintenance and replacement steps for heavy-duty crossheads,which can not only meet the requirements of quick maintenance,but also ensure the safety of operators,improve labor efficiency,and greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators.
