摘要
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发生肿瘤转移,导致肿瘤进展和治疗失败。失巢凋亡是一种基质脱离诱导的凋亡或脱离诱导的细胞死亡机制,失巢凋亡抑制肿瘤细胞从天然细胞外基质逃逸到其他器官,对肿瘤转移具有抑制作用。阐明癌症转移中失巢凋亡的调节因子和机制是治疗HCC的迫切需要。该文总结了HCC中失巢凋亡调节的分子机制,并讨论了药物诱导失巢凋亡治疗HCC转移的现状,表明通过生物活性化合物诱导失巢凋亡是一种很有前途的治疗HCC的途径。
Tumor metastasis occurs in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),resulting in tumor progression and therapy failure.Anoikis is a mechanism of matrix detachment-induced apoptosis that inhibits the escape of tumor cells from the native extracellular matrix to other organs,thereby combating tumor metastasis.Deciphering the regulators and mechanism of anoikis in cancer metastasis is urgently needed to treat HCC.The article summarizes the current understanding of the molecular mechanism of anoikis regulation and relevant regulators involved in HCC cancer metastasis and discusses the therapeutic potential of pharmacological inducing anoikis in the treatment of HCC metastasis,suggesting that inducing anoikis by bioactive compounds is a promising therapeutic avenues in HCC.
