Discussion on Chen Shiduo's Academic Thought of"Stomach is the Pass of Kidney"

总结陈士铎“胃为肾之关”学说的学术思想内涵发现,其以“胃关”取类比象统御后天脾胃及六腑上下开阖、受纳、通降等功能,进而从气化层面剖析“胃关”与先天肾脏的生理关联,阐述“肾本不足”导致“胃关不利”的诸多病理变化,并以此深入探讨陈士铎辨证范围,明晰其临证要点,以期更好地指导临床应用。

We concluded Chen Shiduo'academic thought about"stomach is the pass of kidney",and found that"stomach pass"was analogous to the functions of the spleen and stomach,and the six Fu-organs,such as opening and closing,receiving and descending,we analyzed the physiological link between"stomach pass"and the kidney from the level of gasification,and elucidated numerous pathological changes of"stomach obstruction"caused by"the deficiency of kidney",discussing Chen Shiduo's syndrome differentiation deeply,and clarifying his key points in clinical treatment,so as to better guide clinical application.
