摘要
个别化教育人才培养关系着学前融合教育的高质量发展,以高职类院校为依托承载着个别化教育人才培养重任。鉴于当前国内高职类院校开展个别化教育人才培养实践,以范围综述研究方法分析个别化教育人才培养现状及存在矛盾,依此提出相应建议,构建“理论与实践并重、生活与理想并行”的育才机制,以优质个别化教育人才培养为引领促进学前融合高质量发展。
The cultivation of individualized education talents is related to the high-quality development of preschool integrated education,and vocational colleges bear the responsibility of cultivating individualized education talents.Given the current practice of individualized education talent cultivation in domestic vocational colleges,this study uses a scope review research method to analyze the current situation and contradictions of individualized education talent cultivation.Based on this,corresponding suggestions are proposed to construct a talent cultivation mechanism that emphasizes both theory and practice,and runs parallel to life and ideals.With the guidance of high-quality individualized education talent cultivation,it promotes the high-quality development of preschool integration.
