论伏邪致病的因机证治

Discussion on etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and therapeutic principles of diseases caused by hidden pathogen

伏邪在外感病和内伤病的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色。通过归纳分析文献,对伏邪的因、机、证、治进行了系统梳理,得出外邪入侵和内邪流溢是伏邪的主要来源;“虚-伏-盛-复”是伏邪致病过程中的关键节点和整体病机演变规律;脏腑风湿、伏气温病、伏邪燥病是伏邪致病的三种主要呈现方式和证候特征;在“虚”阶段可通过补虚扶正而达到未病先防的目的,在“伏”阶段可通过扶正祛邪而截断疾病的进展,在“盛”阶段顺势透邪是治愈疾病的佳机,在“复”阶段则需除邪务尽,以防邪气再伏。

Hidden pathogen plays an important role in the occurrence and development of exogenous and endogenous diseases.By summarizing and analyzing the literature,systematic review is conducted on etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and therapeutic principles of diseases caused by hidden pathogen,and it is concluded that the invasion of exogenous pathogens and the overflow of endogenous pathogens are the main sources of hidden pathogens;"Deficiency-latency-excess-recovery"is the key node and the overall pathogenesis evolution law in the pathogenic process of hidden pathogens;Rheumatism caused by zang fu viscera dysfunction,warm disease caused by latent pathogenic qi,dryness disease caused by hidden pathogens are the three main manifestations of and syndrome characteristics of pathogenic diseases caused by hidden pathogens;In the"deficiency"stage,the goal of preventing diseases before they occur can be achieved by treating deficiency with tonifying method,and strengthening vital qi;in the"latency"stage,the progression of the disease can be interrupted by strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors;in the"excess"stage,taking advantage of an opportunity to remove pathogeneses is a good opportunity to cure diseases;and in the"recovery"stage,it is necessary to eliminate the pathogenic factors completely to prevent pathogenic qi from being latent again.
