宫颈糜烂病因病机及中医中药治疗效果及机制研究进展

Research progress in the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical erosion and fftherapeutic effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine

宫颈糜烂的病因包括生理性因素、慢性炎症刺激和机械性损伤。中医药治疗宫颈糜烂的效果显著,主要机制是清热解毒、化腐生肌、活血化瘀、补益气血等。中药治疗宫颈糜烂的方法包括内服和外用。本文旨在综述宫颈糜烂病因病机及中医药治疗本病的效果和具体治疗机制。首先对宫颈糜烂的定义进行概述;其次概述中西医病机;最后结合近几年文献对中医中药治疗宫颈糜烂的临床研究成果进行分析和陈列,期望为宫颈糜烂的中医治疗提供具体的参考依据。

The etiology of cervical erosion includes physiological factors,chronic inflammatory stimulation and mechanical injury.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cervical erosion is remarkable,and its main mechanisms include clearing heat and removing toxicity,eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and tonifying qi and blood.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical erosion includes oral administration and external use.This paper aims to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical erosion and the effect and specific treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease.Firstly,the definition of cervical erosion is summarized;Secondly,the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is summarized;Finally,combined with the literature in recent years,the clinical research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical erosion are analyzed and displayed,in order to provide specific reference for traditional Chinese medicine therapy for cervical erosion.
