摘要
炼化企业服务于我国“双碳”战略发展新质生产力。推进能耗双控逐步转向碳排放双控过程中,节能是炼化企业高质量发展需不断完善提高的工作。节能工作遵循顶层设计,从局部到整体采用递进式的系统优化方法。该文系统性地从设备节能延伸至系统节能,从系统节能展开至全厂节能,并系统性地阐述了新型节能技术在炼化企业中的应用。
Refining enterprises serve China's"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy,accelerate the development of new quality productivity,and gradually shift from energy consumption control to carbon emissions control.Energy conservation is a work that needs to be continuously improved for high-quality development of refining enterprises.Energy conservation work follows top-level design and adopts a progressive system optimization method from local to overall.Therefore,this systematic extension extends from equipment energy conservation to system energy conservation,andfinally from system energy conservation to overall plant energy conservation.And systematically elaborated on the application of new energy-saving technologies in refining enterprises.
