综合能源站项目投资预测方法研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,综合能源项目进入快速发展窗口期,受制于新兴技术方案的成熟度,实现灵活高效的投资预测存在一定困难。为此,开展综合能源站相关的投资预测方法研究,分析常规投资估算方法、价格指数计算方法、搭建价格指数与投资分析联动的预测模型,以实现投资快速调整、预测、对比分析,作为投资合理优化的有力支撑,将更好服务于综合能源项目投资决策支持,积极推动项目落地,促进企业投资效益最大化。 Under the background of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",integrated energy station projects have entered the rapid development window period.Subject to the maturity of emerging technology solutions,it is difficult to achieve flexible and efficient investment forecasting.Therefore,research on investment forecasting methods related to integrated energy stations is carried out,conventional investment estimation methods and price index calculation methods are analyzed,and a forecast model linking price index and investment analysis is built to achieve rapid investment adjustment,prediction and comparative analysis.As a strong support for rational investment optimization,it will better serve the investment decision-making of integrated energy projects,actively promotes the project implementation,and maximize the return on investment of enterprises.
