呼吸支持治疗器械相关压力性损伤的研究进展

Research progress of breathing support for the treatment of device related pressure injury

近年来,由于呼吸系统疾病频发,呼吸支持治疗器械的使用频率大幅度提升,进而引发与该类器械使用相关的压力性损伤风险呈现显著上升趋势。本文针对呼吸支持治疗器械相关压力性损伤的临床特点、风险因素、评估工具、预防措施方面进行综述,以期使医护人员了解并重视呼吸支持治疗器械相关压力性损伤,为采取有效预防措施提供参考。

In recent years,due to frequent respiratory diseases,the frequency of use of respiratory support for thera⁃peutic equipment has been greatly improved,which has caused a significant increase in the risk of pressure damage related to the use of such equipment.This article reviews the clinical characteristics,risk factors,assessment tools,and preven⁃tive measures of breathing support for the treatment of device related pressure injury.In order to allow medical staff to un⁃derstand and pay attention to the breathing support for the treatment of device related pressure injury,and provide a refer⁃ence for effective prevention measures.
