深水气井测试封隔器全过程力学行为评估

摘要 深水气井测试过程中管柱受力影响复杂,封隔器失封风险高,封隔器失效会直接影响测试作业安全。基于测试管柱及封隔器受力研究现状,以南海某深水气井为例,建立了深水气井测试封隔器全过程力学行为评估方法,评估了封隔器在管柱下入、坐封、测试以及管柱解封过程中的受力状态及影响规律,并提出了封隔器安全控制措施。研究表明,对封隔器轴向受力影响程度从高到低依次是深水气井测试制度、测试液体系、测试过程中对管柱施加的预提力、产量。通过BD21-X井现场应用,经过封隔器全过程受力计算和控制措施分析,有效保障了现场测试管柱封隔器密封有效,测试作业安全顺利,可为深水气井测试设计及应用提供技术支撑。 The mechanical forces acting on the test string during deepwater gas well testing are complex,leading to a high risk of packer failure,which can directly affect the safety of the testing operation.Based on the current research on the forces experienced by the test string and packer,by using a deepwater gas well in the South China Sea as an example,a method for evaluating the mechanical behavior of the packer throughout the entire testing process was established.Then,the stress states and influence patterns of the packer during the stages of running the test string,setting the packer,testing,and unsetting the test string were evaluated.Furthermore,safety control measures for the packer were proposed.The research shows that the factors influencing the axial force on the packer,in order of decreasing impact,are the deepwater gas well testing regime,the test fluid system,the applied pre-tension on the string during testing,and production rate.The method was successfully applied in well BD21-X,where force calculations and control measures throughout the process ensured the effectiveness of the packer′s seal and the smooth and safe execution of the test operation,which can provide technical support for the design and implementation of deepwater gas well testing.
